Black Pepper Chicken Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
500g boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 bell peppers (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Cooking Directions:
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground black pepper for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
Add garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
