Ingredients

Cookies ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon AbuAuf date molasses
  • 1 tablespoon AbuAuf almond butter
  • ¾ cup Abu Auf raw oats
  • ½ teaspoon AbuAuf cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon AbuAuf raw pecans
  • 1 piece chopped AbuAuf Mejdoul date
  • 1 piece chopped AbuAuf dried apricot
  • 1 teaspoon chopped AbuAuf cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon AbuAuf coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt

Cooking Instructions

Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C & brush the oven tray with coconut oil.
  2. Use a fork to mash the banana along with the date molasses and almond butter, then add oats and mix.
  3. You can add up to two more tablespoons of oats if dough is too soft.
  4. Add nuts and dried fruits and mix.
  5. Form the dough into 3 equal sized balls (about 2 tablespoons each). Place balls on the oven tray and
  6. press gently with your hands to create round cookies.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Sprinkle with salt and serve warm or cold.
